Our process begins with a deep dive into your practice and the details surrounding your need. We have a 23 question intake form all about your practice. We then use a 10 – 15 point sourcing technique we’ve developed over the years and begin hunting for the right doctor for your practice.
Once we find one, we will have a 30 to 45 minute call with the candidate to discuss what they want and how they may fit into your practice. We walk through their experience, discussing how many patients a day they see (and what their patient demographic is, whether it’s all FFS or a mix of insurance or state), what procedures they do and how long they take to do them, how many assistants they work with, what their daily / monthly production averages are and how they’re compensated.
