After that call, the candidate is fully informed on your practice, your expectations, and your compensation range as well, and if they indicate an interest in your opportunity, we present them to you with a summary of our call and their CV. We can be as involved in your process as you need us to be, so we can coordinate the first call between you and the candidate and all other interview steps. We immediately get feedback from both you and the candidate after every interaction.

We can also help you with your contract if you need it by the way. We can be involved in the negotiation process also, as we’ve found it sometimes gets contentious and being the middle agent helps ease the tension a little. We will be there with you every step of the way, insuring a smooth selection process that results in a highly qualified hire.
